Nashville’s Porter Flea is a craft market launched in July 2011, with a focus on celebrating modern handmade goods. The juried and curated, bi-annual market is led by Katie Vance and her husband, HollerDesign owner Matt Alexander, who continue an emphasis on the handmade art and design movement, local businesses and community building. Along with connecting hundreds of local/regional makers with tens of thousands of shoppers, Porter Flea has earned consistent press praise, including being named Best Artisan Market by the Nashville Scene in 2012, and appearing in Southern Living, Garden & Gun, NATIVE, Forbes Travel Guide, StyleBlueprint and other publications.
