To arrange free local pick-up for Nashville shoppers, please contact shop via email with vendor’s full name, shipping address, shop name, website and a friendly hello after reading the rules below. Please copy and paste everything below this sentence into the email to show that the vendor has read and understands all rules.
Shop is to decide how many vendors they will accommodate and is free to decline agreements with additional vendors once they are "full."
Vendor will wait for written email confirmation from shop before announcing free Nashville pick up option to customers.
Shop and vendor must agree upon dates for customers to pick-up and state those dates clearly in email.
There is to be no monetary exchange between shop and vendor.
Vendor is to share tracking number or any other relevant shipping information with shop. Shop is to notify vendor when goods are safely received.
Vendors may also drive to shop and personally drop off product at an agreed upon date and time.
Vendor must label orders clearly.
Vendor is responsible for all contact with customers. Vendor must provide shop's address, hours, and dates for pick up to customers in a clear and timely manner. Vendor must communicate the consequences of customers failing to pick up product.
Vendor is responsible for any unclaimed product. Shop is not responsible for holding or shipping unclaimed products after 30 days following the final date for customer pick up. Once 30 days have passed, shop may dispose of product in any way they see fit.
Porter Flea will not act as a moderator. Specific concerns from either party must be addressed and agreed upon via email prior to an agreement between shop and vendor.
Failure to act professionally with either shop owner is frowned upon and may result in a ban from future markets.
